You can find us online, operations in NOVA, Murati Titanium Bicycles LLC is registered in Virginia USA as small business online bicycle shop.

What is the delivery time?

As a small-batch builder, we aim to deliver your handcrafted Murati bicycle within approximately 4 months.

How bicycles are delivered?

Our bicycles could be delivered directly to your address or to your favorite bicycle shop when you add the address during checkout. We would then coordinate directly with the bicycle shop for the delivery of your new bicycle.

We strongly recommend to talk to your bicycle shop experts to have the your new bicycle tailored to your body to reduce the strain, prevent injuries, and eliminate pain caused many times by a poor fit.

Warranty Coverage

Murati Titanium Bicycles LLC warrants the original titanium frame and components included in the initial purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years on frames and Campagnolo, Deda, and Prologo specific manufacturer warranties from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, chains, brake pads, bearings, and cables

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Modifications or alterations to the frame or components

• Installation of incompatible or aftermarket parts

• Commercial use, racing, or stunt riding

• Cosmetic blemishes or surface corrosion

Aftermarket Components:

Any parts or components added, replaced, or installed after the original sale are not covered under this warranty. The buyer is solely responsible for the warranty claims, service, and replacement of such aftermarket additions.

Limitation of Liability:

Murati Titanium Bicycles LLC and its representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the failure, malfunction, or misuse of aftermarket parts or components, nor for any incidents arising from accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, the original owner must provide proof of purchase and detailed documentation of the issue. Claims must be submitted via [insert preferred method email. Murati Titanium Bicycles LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and determine eligibility for repair or replacement.

Frames Warranty Information

**FRAMES WARRANTY COVERAGE **

We offer a 5-year limited warranty on our titanium bicycle frames. Under normal usage conditions, this warranty covers manufacturing defects including frame tube cracking or weld failures (de-bonding). In such cases, we will replace the defective frame at our discretion.

**Exclusions**

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by crashes, impacts, or accidents

- Improper use, modification, or maintenance

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents from riding)

- Damage resulting from transportation mishandling, improper assembly, or use beyond intended bicycle applications

**Claim Process**

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:

1. Proof of purchase

2. Photos/videos clearly showing the defect

3. Description of the issue and usage history

We reserve the right to inspect the frame and determine warranty eligibility.

Components Warranty Information

Campagnolo, Prologo and Deda parts and components originally installed on the bicycles at the time of the purchase are covered by manufacturer warranties, process, terms and conditions.
